  • GRAPHIC DESIGNER | 2024-Present

    Bringing design expertise to the Customer Experience team for the first time, I led the development of designs, concepts, and master campaign creative, delivering assets across all TelstraSuper’s marketing and communication channels. I played a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, driving significant improvements in time-to-market. This required close collaboration with internal stakeholders to meet design needs for marketing, communications, and member engagement initiatives. My contributions supported the team’s overall achievement of key performance indicators and helped drive net fund growth of +1.1%.

  • LEAD DESIGNER | 2020-2024

    Leading and implementing strategic project design, whilst consolidating the Brand Guidelines across a 16 office network, with over 400 staff. Key responsibilities involved; campaign development, publication design & brand development through video, web, social and print media assets. Involved, collaborating with senior leadership and developing talent within a diverse team.

  • GRAPHIC DESIGNER | 2023

    Involved collaborating with the sales & marketing team in conjunction with the Head of Design & Art Director to develop executions for strategic marketing campaigns utilised throughout all digital and print formats including; press ads, signage, display POS in accordance to the Porter Davis design guidelines.

  • DESIGNER | 2018-2020

    Co-ordinate within a studio environment to implement impactful brand strategies, through the execution and implementation of design & marketing applications. The position involves concept generation, design production, project management, communicating and meeting with clients & suppliers and guardianship of brands.

  • GRAPHIC DESIGNER | 2017-2018

    Responsible for the efficient processing of artwork proofing to daily deadlines for print production and manufacturing. Overseeing and implementing quality management in high volumes of digital & offset print materials. Daily liaising with clients to process accounts and administration.

  • FREELANCE DESIGNER | 2017-2018

    Presented idea generation and concepts with a commercial focus. Building upon strong relationship management skills to connect with clients with tight deadlines and budgets. Often involving co-ordinating and negotiating viable solutions to meet client briefs.
